Noreen Fairbairn

CEO & Founder

Noreen Fairbairn CEO and Founder Virtual Office Scotland is owned and managed by Noreen Fairbairn. Noreen has over 30 years of experience as an Executive Assistant at director level within Financial and Property services in the UK and internationally. Noreen also has event management experience gained from running a national Entrepreneurial competition and spent two years working in HR. She is highly motivated, versatile, industrious, a quick learner and relishes challenge. Her background and experience has equipped her with both the ability and skillset to manage a wide range of projects on your behalf. Our Associates are Katy Morrin and Hilary Pow.

Hilary Pow

Associate

Hilary's skills were honed in the finance houses of Edinburgh. With a project management background, Hilary has been involved in customer care, sales, marketing, recruitment, event management and bookkeeping. Her experience allows her to be flexible and versatile in any work environment. She has excellent communication skills, is highly motivated, an effective organiser that thrives on change and challenge. She is a great team player at any level and can manage multiple projects at one time. Hilary is our spreadsheet queen!

Katy Morrin

Associate

Katy joins VOS from the military after spending 12 years in the RAF's HR Department. Katy has excellent customer service and communication skills and has a real "can do" attitude. She’s calm under pressure, patient and conscientious. Katy is our process queen!
