Virtual Office Scotland was established in 2006 and is owned and managed by Noreen Fairbairn. Noreen has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant at director level within Financial and Property services in the UK and internationally. Noreen also has event management experience gained from running a national Entrepreneurial competition and spent two years working in HR.

She is highly motivated, versatile, industrious, a quick learner and relishes challenge. Her background and experience has equipped her with both the ability and skillset to manage a wide range of projects on your behalf. You name it and Noreen has done it - or she knows someone who can do it! Experienced PAs are terrific networkers and have contacts everywhere.

Office cover is provided by our Associates Kirsty Kondol and Vicki Renwick.

Kirsty is an experienced Manager who has worked in a variety of industries over the past 25 years. Her background includes Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Recruitment, Call Handling, Diary Management and Events. She has worked in the oil industry, hotels, private medical sector and education. Her experience allows her to be flexible and versatile in any work environment. She has excellent communication skills, is highly motivated, an effective organiser that thrives on change and challenge. She is a great team player at any level and can manage multiple projects at one time. She is customer service orientated with quality care as her focus and always presents a highly professional image.

Vicki's skills have been honed in the insurance houses of Glasgow. Vicki is extremely customer focused and satisfaction is always backed up with a real "can do" attitude.
