what is a lifestyle manager?

A lifestyle manager (concierge) is a professional helper. A concierge will locate those gifts you promised a loved one, arrange dinner reservations, get hotel reservations, wait in for the gas man and run your errands. They can walk your pet while you are at work, pick up your dry cleaning, grocery shop and do your banking.

A concierge will do your errands, the "to-do's" on your list, and make your personal arrangements all at the same time. In short, a concierge is your meeting & event planner, errand runner, personal shopper, and delivery person.

Concierge services are not just aimed at celebrities or busy executives, but for anyone and everyone who has to juggle a hectic lifestyle and wants to achieve a better work/life balance.

We have all stood in the lunchtime queues at the Post Office and the Bank, waiting to pay bills and get car tax. Why not enjoy your lunch and let us do the queues and errands for you!

If juggling has inadvertently become one of your pastimes, then you could benefit from a lifestyle manager.

According to Reuters we currently spend up to 10% of our work time managing home tasks. Then, on top of that we spend our precious evenings and weekends trying to get everything else done.

how does it work?

You can buy blocks of time from your lifestyle manager that you can use as required. Each week your lifestyle manager will contact you to discuss your to-do list for that week. We endeavour to complete requests within one working day of receipt, however, some requests may take longer. Time is drawn down in 15 minute blocks and you will receive a statement each month showing remaining time available.

We are very flexible and are happy to deal with one off requests, a minimum of 1 hour can be purchased.

We can also set up packages for a specific project such as moving house, holiday planning, birthday party, etc.

Costs of items purchased on your behalf charged in addition to time purchased.

how much does it cost?

How much do you value your free time? How much does it cost you in loss of earnings or annual leave to run errands or take time off to wait in for the gas man or plumber?

can I buy gift vouchers?

Yes! What could be a better gift for a birthday, anniversary, Mother's Day? New Mum?
